We want you to love your L'ange products, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on most hair care and styling tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution to get your hair routine back on track.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include any required documentation, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange confirmation once our warehouse processes the return.
